[Job Responsibilities]
Technical Sales for Aerospace Industry Clients
- Manage strategic accounts including aircraft parts manufacturers, engine makers, and MRO companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations (e.g., production, quality, and procurement teams).
Machining Process Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze customers’ machining processes, equipment, materials, and tools to propose tailored solutions.
- Recommend and test high-performance cutting tools for aerospace materials such as Inconel and titanium.
Cutting Tool and Technical Proposal
- Select and present suitable products from Sandvik’s portfolio (e.g., drills, milling, and turning tools) based on customer needs.
- Provide cutting data and optimize conditions to improve productivity, tool life, and machining quality.
Process Improvement and Troubleshooting
- Conduct machining tests, analyze root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions based on customer requests.
New Customer Development and Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Sales Activity Management
- Manage sales activities through CRM systems and internal reporting processes.
[Qualifications]
- Preferred major in engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering)
- Experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry or in aerospace/defense sectors
- Solid understanding of cutting tools, machining technologies, CAD/CAM systems, and aircraft
- component manufacturing processes Strong communication skills and customer-oriented
- mindset Proficiency in English for documentation, email communication, and technical material comprehension (preferred)
[Preferred Qualifications]
Experience in sales or machining within the aerospace or defense industry
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing aircraft components such as engine parts, landing gear, or structural components
Experience in machining aerospace materials (e.g., Inconel, titanium, aluminum alloys)
- Understanding of cutting characteristics and optimization techniques for aerospace-grade materials
Proficiency in CAM, CAD, and simulation software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, CATIA)
- Ability to analyze and propose machining processes based on customer design drawings
Sales or technical support experience with aerospace industry clients (e.g., OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, MRO companies)
Strong ability to understand technical documents in English and communicate effectively in a global business environment
