What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with internal sales and strategy teams to understand client goals and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Lead the development of digital media plans tailored to each client’s vertical, business stage, and growth priorities.
- Provide ongoing performance insights through regular campaign reviews, identifying wins and growth areas to drive upsell and account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Act as a trusted consultant for clients, offering best practices and deep knowledge of available ad solutions to help drive ROI.
- Stay ahead of the digital advertising curve by keeping up with evolving tools, platform updates, and industry shifts.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital account management, media planning/buying, social media advertising, or post-sales SaaS/ad tech platforms.
- A growth mindset and ability to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record in executing and optimizing high-impact campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- High level of organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Familiarity with the cross-border commerce or export industry in Korea.
