DuPont Electronics is looking for a junior-level Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join our Finance team in the Seoul office. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a dynamic, global environment where your contributions directly support business operations.
You will be part of a team that values collaboration, precision, and ownership, and you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, service centers, and external parties like banks and government systems.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & VAT Filing
Reconcile input VAT accounts monthly (SAP vs Hometax)
Perform VAT filing and maintain accurate tax records
Provide guidance to employees on payment processes and inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams and shared service centers to ensure timely and accurate payments
Intercompany Transactions
Prepare monthly intercompany payment lists
Issue intercompany invoices
Review and clear open items in intercompany accounts
Bank & Treasury Support
Communicate with banks to manage corporate documents and accounts
Support treasury and cash center activities
Visit banks when needed for document processing
Project Support & Ad-hoc Tasks
Act as a local accounting contact for M&A or legal entity changes
Participate in process improvement initiatives and global projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Business preferred)
1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in AP or Controllership
Strong communication skills (written and verbal in Korean, basic English reading/writing)
Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred
Experience with SAP ERP system
Familiarity with data/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
Previous exposure to multinational corporate environment
