1) Job Description
Role: Senior Manager/PRODUCER and Transactor in Korea
- JLL Team Resources provided to this Hire:
- Full breadth of Korea Capital Markets specialists in Seoul for all asset classes, including Logistics & Industrial (L&I), Data Centres and Office; access to Research and Valuation specialists; same with APAC and Global data / support
- Especially logistics sector focus. Marketing to logistics initiatives for industrial and warehouse clients. This senior manager role requires deep expertise in logistics investment opportunities and client network expansion to deliver exceptional value to clients while expanding JLL's logistics advisory services and driving team performance.
- Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Originate and execute significant commercial real estate capital markets transactions including investment sales and equity raises
- Maintain client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and control a robust pipeline of transactions
- Proactive coverage of major AMCs, Securities Firms, intl investors
- Provide expert market insights, capital structure advice, and investment strategies to clients
- Direct and oversee complex financial analyses, underwriting, and due diligence processes
- Negotiations, end-to-end Execution and Closing of live Engagements
- Mentor and develop junior team members while managing transaction execution teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive innovation in service delivery and transaction execution
- Key competencies required:
- Proficient in English and Korean
- 8 years+ working experience in the Korean financial services and/or real estate and/or development industries
- Track record of working on Korean Real Estate transaction (disposition / acquisition advisory, financing, development and etc)
- Good understanding of Real Estate Economics with respect to the abovementioned asset classes
- Able to cover the abovementioned Clientele through a strong ‘self-starter’ mindset, a dynamic personality and excellent communication skills
