Job Description
Manages the relationships, business plan and sales volume of a group of channel partners, including sales activities, marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training and other channel-related support.
Responsible for the managing either of a list of channel partners and/or a partner in a given geography.
Responsible for the channel quota development, as well as the partners' and end users' satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
Partner Enablement & Support
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure partners are equipped to sell effectively.
- Share product updates, marketing materials, and sales tools.
Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze partner performance using KPIs like revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Develop strategies to improve partner sales and market penetration.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations.
Strategic Collaboration
- Align partner strategies with internal sales and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to optimize partner success.
Program Development
- Design and implement partner programs including incentives, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage partner forecasts.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner and market insights.
Conflict Resolution
- Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges within the channel ecosystem.
Prefer candidates have Analytical instruments sales experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
