Role Description
We looking for an Event Helper in Seoul who can speak Korean. The Event Helper will Introduce the exhibition to visitors, oversee and safeguard exhibits, administer questionnaires to collect programme feedback, distribute souvenirs, a 30-minute paid break is provided per shift. We need 8-9 Helpers for stage and opening ceremony of the event.
We are also looking for a Supervisor who can speak Korean. The Supervisor of the Event Helper will manage exhibition helpers, report to the project manager, cover helper responsibilities when necessary, a 1.5-hour paid break is provided.
The event would be from 26 September until 9 October in Seoul.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean and or Cantonese
- Fresh Graduates or University/College students are very welcome!
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of the local event industry in Seoul would be beneficial
