AWS is seeking a leader for Field Sales Operations to drive operational excellence across a team of talented individuals who are the strategy and operations partners for sales leaders in Korea.
This leader will manage business cadences within AWS Korea driving consistency across the team, and will also work with APJ and worldwide teams to manage the local execution of global business processes with a focus on optimization and simplification.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of Field Sales Operations Managers driving team engagement and career development.
- Monitor sales performance, conducting data driven analysis, developing reports, and providing insights to senior management to manage performance.
- Develop simple scalable solutions and mechanisms to help the business achieve revenue attainment and growth goals, whilst maximizing productivity.
- Project-manage complex workflows including Annual and In-year Planning in partnership with the Planning team; managing segmentation, quota planning, goaling, issue management and escalation pathways.
- Use data and analyses to deliver business insights and inform strategies, communicating complex concepts, both written and verbal, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation and other Operations teams.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team on sales strategies, tools, and best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience such as strategy consulting, accounting and finance
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience in managing team as a people manager under fasting moving and constantly changing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Management consulting experience and CPA would be plus for the job
- Experience with analytics and/or preparing business reviews for senior management.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- People leader specialized in mentoring and developing team members towards their career goal and aspiration
- Ability to work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and manage competing demands.
