Seoul, Korea, Republic of (On-Site)Responsibilities
Handle general administrations
Maintain office environment and operations
Equipment purchase and follow internal purchasing process
Contract/ License/ Company Certificate renewal or update
Manage service subcontractors
Handle in/out deliveries and tracking of documents and parcels
Company chop management and monthly report to Country CEO
Organize travel arrangements (flight, hotel booking or transportation)
Arrange company events
Provide operation coordination to Finance, HR and Legal
Finance
Work closely with internal finance team & external vendors for general financial operations matter
Support expenses claim process for internal validation
Human Resources
Provide administrative support to HR including Annual Leave/ Overtime application management, DC pension application, certificate of employment
Local communications with HR subcontractors
Legal
Assist in maintaining internal contract review process
Provide support in communications with legal providers
Handle Internal & external communications and brand management
Requirements
Certificate / Diploma holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
At least 3-4 years relevant experience in sizeable companies is preferable
Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
