SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who will manage and grow profitable business within a defined group of Jotun’s most important Marine and Protectivecustomers, specifically in the Energy market value chain through a systematic and customized approach spearheading customer relationship management
and sales strategies within Jotun Marine and Protective targets in order to maximize mutual value for Jotun and the customer.
The position is based in Seoul, South Korea, and reports to the Global Sales Director - Energy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the relationships with the selected Global Key Customer by understanding the customers’ needs, market, potential, and strategy to position Jotun as a preferred supplier and secure sustainable and profitable business.
- Grow Jotun’s market position within Energy by overseeing and driving key account projects, gaining strong alignment with the Jotun network, and monitoring performance and results.
- Establish and implement a robust framework for prioritizing and developing Key Accounts and Projects by following relevant and dynamic metrics and KPIs, establishing and following up on activity plans, and sharing tactics and best practices to ensure that resources are utilized where they best serve Jotun’s long-term strategy and profitability.
- Support and guide cross-border projects by closely following progress and critical decisions and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged to ensure a high hit-rate of identified project opportunities; and the successful completion of projects to maintain Jotun’s reputation as a preferred supplier.
- Share customer information, leads, and opportunities with relevant internal stakeholders to strengthen Jotun’s understanding, innovations, and response.

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a relevant field of study
- 5+ years of experience within sales; gained predominantly from within energy
- Digital mindset with focus on use of digital tools
- Relevant leadership experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of relevant Energy regulations that may affect customers
- Good communication & presentation skills
- English and Korean speaking
