About the Role:
- 방문객 응대, 명찰 발급 및 출입 등록 기록 관리
- 회의실 및 행사 일정 조율, 임시 요청사항 대응
- 리셉션 데스크를 포함한 지정 구역에서 로테이션 근무
- 공간 내 비품, 회의실 장비 점검 및 간단한 문제 해결
- 고객 요청사항 전달 및 후속 대응
- 운영 관련 행정 업무 및 시설 점검
- 작업 요청 시스템을 통한 서비스 요청 접수 및 협력팀과의 커뮤니케이션
- 커뮤니티 호스트와 협력하여 서비스 품질 및 고객 경험 유지
- 고객사 규정에 따른 안전 및 보안 절차 준수
About You:
- 고객 응대 경험이 있는 분 (2년 이상 경력 우대)
- 사람을 대하는 일이 즐겁고, 상대방의 입장을 먼저 생각할 줄 아시는 분
- 유동적인 상황에서도 유연하게 대응하며 긍정적인 태도로 임하시는 분
- 기본적인 영어 소통이 가능하신 분 (간단한 응대 및 안내 수준)
- Microsoft Office 또는 업무용 시스템 사용에 거부감이 없는 분
