LC and LCMS Field Service Engineer (신입가능)
- Location: Based in Seoul (Suseo) with 80%+ field visits. Driving required. Coverage includes Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, and occasional support in parts of Chungcheong-do.
- Clients: Supporting diverse clients across pharma/biopharma, semiconductor/materials, academia, and government sectors

Responsibilities:
- Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s range of LC & LCMS instruments in a professional, reliable, and customer-centric manner.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair services to ensure flawless performance of analytical instruments.
- Provide applications support and problem-solving skills for instrument data analysis software.
- Guide customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to prevent potential issues.
- Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruptions.
- Deliver fully coordinated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.
- Serve as an internal resource on technical issues and handle customer concerns related to products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide world-class solutions to customers.
- Independent work environment – Mostly working alone in the field, requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Chemistry or related fields.
- Proven laboratory experience in analytical instruments, preferably in pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceutical, or government market.
- Good knowledge and experience in analytical techniques and method development, specifically Chromatography (HPLC & MS).
- User experience in instrument data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to fix instrument-related issues.
- Outstanding drive to learn and expand skills.
- Clear, encouraging, and timely written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
