You Are:
You are an experienced physical design professional with at least 5-7 years in the field, ready to lead and inspire a team in Korea. You have deep expertise in RTL-to-GDSII flows, P&R for PPA, and advanced process nodes. You thrive on collaboration, enjoy mentoring others, and communicate complex ideas clearly to both customers and colleagues. Organized and proactive, you balance technical excellence with strong project management skills. You are passionate about driving innovation and eager to make a lasting impact in the semiconductor industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and mentor the Physical Design team in Korea, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
  • Provide expert-level support to customers implementing Place & Route (P&R) for optimal Performance, Power, and Area (PPA).
  • Define and execute customer engagement strategies to drive successful adoption of Synopsys EDA tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and R&D teams to drive tool improvements and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct technical workshops and presentations for internal teams and customers.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and team performance metrics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on advanced process nodes, evolving methodologies, and industry best practices to maintain technical leadership.

What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience in physical design, including RTL-to-GDSII flow and advanced process nodes.
  • Expertise in Place & Route (P&R) for optimizing Performance, Power, and Area (PPA).
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading EDA tools, preferably Synopsys solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
