About the Role
MongoDB is seeking a results-driven Product Manager, engaged through Sustainable Talent's EOR model, to accelerate product adoption and growth across South Korea. This dedicated resource will partner with MongoDB's APAC product and go-to-market teams to localize strategy, drive roadmap execution, and deliver high-impact results in a key growth market while ensuring full compliance with South Korea's Labor Standards Act.

This dedicated resource will partner with MongoDB's APAC product and go-to-market teams to localize strategy, drive roadmap execution, and deliver high-impact results in a key growth market while ensuring full compliance with South Korea's Labor Standards Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead localized product strategy and roadmap execution for MongoDB Atlas in Korea's developer and enterprise segments
- Adapt global product initiatives to the Korean market, ensuring competitive positioning and local relevance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design and execute product adoption campaigns, launch playbooks, and growth initiatives
- Analyze usage data, market feedback, and competitor insights to prioritize features and drive product-led growth
- Represent MongoDB at developer events, strategic account meetings, and industry forums
- Maintain alignment with global Product, R&D, and Partner teams to ensure cohesive delivery and messaging
Candidate Profile
- At least five years in product management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or developer tools
- Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, developer ecosystems, or database technologies
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams in global, matrixed environments
- Fluent in Korean and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments and collaborating across time zones
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform product decisions
Employment Details and Compliance
- Contract Type: Fixed-term EOR contractor engagement through Sustainable Talent in South Korea
- Written Employment Contract: Provided in English and available in Korean upon request, outlining salary, working hours, benefits, leave entitlements, and termination conditions in compliance with South Korea's Labor Standards Act
- Working Hours: Standard 40-hour workweek with any overtime compensated according to statutory requirements
- Salary: Competitive, stated in gross KRW, inclusive of statutory allowances and benefits
- Leave and Benefits: Minimum statutory paid leave of 15 days after one year of service plus all other entitlements as per local labor law
