Position

This position is to maximize the retail revenue by driving sales and by elevating operating standards in line with the global ones, finding opportunities in the market by building solid partnership with local retailers and managing the team to get highly motivated to achieve targets through the effective leadership and management team to the retail talent.

Job responsibilities

  • In line with global and brand guidelines, maintain high standards in ways of working and operations
  • Provide coaching and feedback to boutique people in the responsible area to elevate their performance, as well as solving any employee relations issues in collaboration with HR
  • Ensure that all Korea boutiques continuously adopt and implement retail best practice across all functions
  • Build strong relationships with business partners to enhance Dior Brand, maximize revenue, and identify opportunities for store projects and event locations
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to build business strategies
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to establish consistent ways of working that support brand objectives and to drive business
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial projections for the Business Development plan in partnership with Merchandising, VM, Retail Operations, and other internal stakeholders to drive retail productivity
  • Participate in weekly management meetings to align retail strategies with business priorities, maximize sales through KPI improvement, and share best practice initiatives across markets
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts and set sales targets for boutiques
  • Lead new boutique openings and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with Corporate Legal, Store Project, Financial, and other governance standards
  • Review the effectiveness of the Talent Development programs for retail talent including selection, transfer and promotion and partner with the Training team to deliver impactful programs that support retail-led growth.
  • Work closely with the CDM team to retain and cultivate VIP customers as a Dior Ambassador
  • Maintain strong knowledge of and interest in fashion industry and market trends

Profile

  • Degree or relevant professional qualifications in related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of work experience in the consumer retail sector, ideally with international specialty retailers in Luxury or Premium Industry
  • Strong knowledge of high-end luxury business and products
  • Proven experience working with diverse talent across the nation and across countries
  • Experience in managing and leading large teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills to lead dynamic teams
  • Customized communicator for a wide range of teams
  • Self-motivated with a positive and energetic mindset
  • Mobility for frequent business travel
  • Fluency in English and Korean
