As a Space Policy Analyst, you’ll bring your defense security cooperation expertise to work on projects for the Space mission. You’ll research security cooperation policy across programs and authorities, analyze Space Force equities and policy preferences, and provide recommendations to the client. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in Security Management supporting DoD organizations
- Experience managing cleared personnel and ensuring physical security policies and procedures are adhered to in a classified environment
- Experience preparing reports and policy recommendations to meet component level objectives
- Experience preparing, executing, analyzing, and reporting physical security assessments
- Knowledge of DoD policy as it pertains to security policies in a secure and classified environment
- Knowledge of U.S. National or U.S. Military policies and strategies
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in Security Management supporting Department of Defense organizations
- Experience working in the INDOPAC region
- Knowledge of the Space Domain
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Security Management certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
