해당 포지션은 쿠팡애즈(Coupang Ads)가 “리테일 미디어 분야에서 가장 신뢰받는 광고 매체가 된다”는 사명을 달성할 수 있도록 Coupang Ad의 Business Analytics 조직 내에서 중대한 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

직무 소개:

Coupang Ads의 Senior Data Analyst로서 담당하게 될 주요 업무는 다음과 같습니다.

• 광고 목표달성에 필요한 사업적인 데이터 분석 업무를 수행하고 유의미한 인사이트를 도출하여 사업 방향성 제시.
• 가설 수립 및 검증을 통해 전체적인 데이터 분석을 리드하여, 리더십 및 세일즈와의  커뮤니케이션을 통해 영업의 병목현상 해결 및 개선 방향 제시.
• 분석을 통해 비지니스 이슈를 파악하고 원인을 데이터에 기반하여 찾고 이를 통한 액션 플랜 제안.

• 분석 대시보드 및 리포트 작성과 유지관리.

자격 요건:

• 수학, 통계 등 관련 전공에서 학사 이상의 학위 보유

• 3년 이상의 데이터 분석 및 실무 경력 보유

• SQL + (R 혹은 Python)를 활용한 데이터 가공/추출/분석/리포팅 능력 보유

• 다양한 분석 기법을 활용하여 가설을 수립 및 검증하고, 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 논리적 추론 및 인사이트를 도출하여 문제를 해결해본 경험 보유

• 여러 유관 부서와 협업하여 본인의 분석결과를 바탕으로 데이터 기반의 커뮤니케이션 및 제안 등 액션까지 프로젝트를 주도적으로 이끌어본 경험 보유
• 빠르게 변화하는 업무 환경에서 우선순위를 지정하고, 효과적인 결과를 작성하여 대응이 가능하신 분 (효과적인 멀티태스킹 능력은 매우 중요합니다.)

우대 사항: 

• 데이터 시각화 툴, 특히 Tableau를 활용해본 경험 보유

• Workflow/Task Scheduler (e.g. airflow), Big data query engines (e.g. Hive, Presto, Spark), data pipeline (ETL)등 활용 경험 보유
• 비즈니스 영어 의사소통 능력 보유

Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst at Coupang Ads, you will be responsible for the following:     

• Perform various analysis and create clear and structured deliverables to clearly communicate meaningful insight to a non-technical audience.
• Automated KPI’s to measure sales productivity, key advertising trends to drive revenue.
• Look into current gaps and bottleneck in Sales action and provide improvement direction by data-driven.
• Create and on-going maintenance of analytics dashboards or reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
• More than 3 years of data analysis and practical experience
• Skilled in data processing/extraction/analysis/reporting using SQL + (R or Python)
• Experience in solving problems by establishing and verifying hypotheses using various analytical techniques and deriving logical inferences and insights based on the results
• Experience in collaborating with various relevant teams and leading projects with data-based communication and proposals based on your own analysis results
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power-BI)
• Experience in using workflow/Task scheduler (e.g. airflow), Big data query engines (e.g. Hive, Presto, Spark), data pipelines (ETL)
• English proficiency
