Job Overview: 

Coupang Eats is a service by Coupang where we deliver quality food and beverages from restaurants and cafes to your door. We build the Customer app, Store app, Courier app, websites for Stores, back office, and operations center. We struggle to provide a fast and seamless delivery Customer experience for all three parties involved. 

Key Responsibilities: 

As a product manager in Delivery domain, you will optimize our marketplace operations, focusing on Dynamic Pricing, Matching, and Routing. You will enhance courier productivity, ensure pricing efficiency, and improve the customer and partner experience. 

 You will cooperate with the operations partner to create best practices and convert feedback into features. 

• Develop and implement strategies to balance supply and demand, minimize delivery cost, and ensure fantastic delivery experience for customers and our delivery partners  

• Create and optimize algorithms for efficient order and delivery partner pairing  

• Improve routing to minimize delivery times and reduce costs 

• Identify the limitations of traditional testing methods and come with innovative solutions to address them 

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs of a specific area of the Customer shopping experience 

• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics 

• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life 

• Work with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless marketplace operations 

• Build a best-in-class shopping and logistics experience for the mobile app and website 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision 

• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture 

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects 

• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done 

• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others 

• Superior verbal and written communications skills 

• Prior experience working on Marketplace topics like Dynamic Pricing, Matching, Routing, or equivalent 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 

• Business fluency in English 

Preferred: 

• E-commerce or logistics experience 

• Experience with Dynamic pricing (aka surge pricing) topics for a B2C product: ride hailing, food delivery etc. 

• Business fluency in Korean
