Job Purpose/summary:
The position aims to provide the service for customer as Maersk promise, including related shipping and logistics process and operation, handle customer inquiry with high quality – effectively and efficiently.
Senior Specialist as senior member at the team. The position need to create impact and value for the team through positively driving process excellence and optimize the platform upsides.
Key responsibilities:
Documentation – Ability to well optimize the platforms and able to offer viable recommendations for developer team whenever applicable.
Process Excellence – Can identify, prioritize the improvement opportunities and conduct changes resulted with concrete business outcome.
Positively engage with customers through email, chat, and calls. On top of deep understanding of customer needs, and Maersk product, process, etc.
Maintain Customer centric approach such as preventive measures to eliminate and avoiding errors in the team.
