Key Responsibilities
Order & Delivery Management
- Receive and review customer orders, enter into SAP/system
- Verify product specifications, codes, quantities, and delivery dates
- Check credit limits, track shipments, and resolve order issues
- Manage outbound schedules, handle delays and mis-shipments
Order Meeting (Showroom Management)
- Check and display samples for AFA SS/FW order sessions
- Repack and manage inventory after each session
- Handle MX and helmet samples, arrange re-send to HQ
- Manage helmet safety inspection and KC certification data
Key Account Management
- Respond promptly to client requests and collect account information
- Gather customer feedback and SIS/PS sales data
- Support regular meetings with key partners to strengthen partnerships
- Communicate and coordinate with Global HQ
- Support other sports channels and contribute to overall sales expansion
Data & Reporting
- Prepare detailed shipment reports and monthly sales by account
- Analyze sales, stock, and order trends to provide insights
- Monitor KPIs and propose improvement actions
- Present future project and improvement plans
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, marketing, and merchandising teams
- Support promotions and new product launches
- Manage issue resolution with relevant departments
Contract & Negotiation Support
- Prepare documents related to contract terms and negotiations
- Support contract alignment with Manager
Process & Compliance
- Suggest and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Manage account settlements and contract risk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in fashion distribution (direct store operation & vendor management preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP, and Excel/Power BI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven insight generation
Preferred
- Fluent in English (capable of communicating with Global HQ)
- Experience in sales and merchandising (buying/planning)
- Strong understanding of sports, fashion, and retail industry
