Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Demand Supply Planning
- Demand Supply Planning for Intercompany & 3rd party items and share forecast with suppliers.
- Control supplier’s production and shipping schedule to optimize inventory levels to balance demand and supply.
- Do cross-functional and cross-country collaboration
- Optimize the planning process and improve efficiency
- Create and Maintain Item master with correct data
Inventory Management
- Manage and optimize inventory level considering service level and target inventory KPI.
- Review safety stock on a regular basis and adjust.
- Actively manage inventory turns, excess and obsolescence and take proper actions
- Provide inventory projection based on sales forecast, SGM and change of product mix.
- Monitor ongoing performance, improve performance against set goals.

Keys to Success

Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Requires breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems
Requires in-depth knowledge of department processes and procedures

Bachelor’s degree
More than 5 years of experience in the supply chain field
Strong knowledge in supply chain operation process
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders (Sales, CS, Supply Chain, 3PL, Forwarders etc)
Strong ownership and result orientation
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Time management and prioritization
