What does a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) do at Hogarth/Grey?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter), you will be required to manage recruitment activities to ensure successful deliverables are met. You will recruit freelance, temporary and permanent candidates for a prodigious technology client. Dealing with a variety of roles, you will source and acquire talent at all levels whilst building a solid understanding of what a suitable profile looks like within multiple departments across Interactive, Languages and Print. You will have your own recruitment projects. You will be constantly seeking ways of improvement in our processes and looking at ways to implement changes.
This important role is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, requiring you to generate and develop candidate pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing & qualification of talent across all hires in Korea (and potentially for other APAC countries with time permitted)
- Drive direct recruitment and not rely solely on recruitment agencies and ad-response
- You’ll be required to work collaboratively, supporting the team in peak seasons
- Represent our brand and be the first point of contact and interviewer for all candidates; shortlisting and recommending candidates for second stage interview with Line Managers
- Develop a robust pipeline of candidates by forming talent communities within our ATS/ CRM tool and managing communications within those communities
- Utilize advanced recruitment sourcing techniques including Boolean search on the web to uncover new sources of talent
- Experience using Linkedin Recruiter is desirable
- Build strong relationships with the hiring managers to ensure you have a depth of understanding about the roles and can make suggestions and recommendations on recruitment strategies and approach if you are struggling to fill a role
Requirements:
- Korean language (Native level)
- Fluent in English
- At least 2-3 years’ recruitment experience gained from in-house and/or recruitment agency, ideally within advertising/media/creative industries
- Best practice recruitment expertise with solid knowledge of the latest sourcing/research tools, and tips/tricks of the trade, legal regulations and market trends
- Ability to multitask and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
- Self-starter and solutions orientated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cold or warm call potential candidates
- Organised and proactive
- Ability to manage concurrent activities simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines and commitments, as well as drive towards a “best in class” candidate experience
- High energy as the environment is fast paced
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
