What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and mentoring a team of engineers focused on TCAD R&D across multiple projects.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality metrics, and targets through effective team oversight.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Research, to align on deliverables and innovation goals.
- Driving technical excellence by fostering best practices in simulation methodologies and software development.
- Identifying and resolving engineering challenges, proactively removing obstacles to team success.
- Providing thought leadership in TCAD, representing Synopsys in industry forums, and contributing to the advancement of semiconductor device simulation.
