A cutting-edge cleantech start-up is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead pilot and deployment projects in Korea. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering execution and project leadership—bringing next-generation, carbon-free energy solutions to life.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead the technical execution of clean energy demonstration and rollout initiatives. This role involves cross-functional coordination, technical oversight, and collaboration with external engineering and construction partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for pilot and deployment projects in the clean energy sector.
- Oversee engineering deliverables across internal teams and third-party collaborators.
- Manage integration between advanced energy technologies and existing infrastructure.
- Drive project planning, budgeting, and execution readiness.
- Act as the main point of contact for regional engineering and construction partners.
- Lead discussions and negotiations around project scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Support regulatory processes and ensure alignment with local compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- 10–15 years of experience in power systems or engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing complex engineering projects with external vendors or partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in both Korean and English.
