MAIN PURPOSE
Deliver impactful sales and service training programs that strengthen product knowledge, elevate customer engagement, and drive sales performance, with a particular focus on key events and VIP customer experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Localize and develop training materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and deliver sales & service training programs that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and major events.
- Provide pre-event training and on-site coaching for Outpost Mega-Events and VIP Beauty Classes.
- Conduct field coaching to reinforce service excellence, sales skills, and brand presentation.
- Support capability-building programs for counter managers and retail staff to enhance leadership and customer relationship skills.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and retail teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in training, preferably in cosmetics, luxury retail, or related industries.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations, facilitate learning, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in field coaching and/or event-based training is strongly preferred.
