Responsibilities:
- Understand the Supply Chain Management (SCM) : In/Outbound, Order, Return, Exchange
- Manage 3PL service vendors : KPI management, Process improvement, Monthly closing, Physical counting, Payment, Training, etc.
- Create and Manage Stock Transfer Orders through SAP system
- Manage UDI data
- Support project execution and actively participate in Customer Operations (CO)-related initiatives as a Korea representative, contributing to organizational goals and vision.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and customers to optimize service levels and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT, ERP specialists, SCM (W&D, S&OP) team to resolve issues and errors within the SCM module.
Skills and Experience:
- Preferred: Experience with SAP operations, specifically in order management, consignment management, and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong English communication skills, including written correspondence and business-level conversations.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer goods or healthcare industries.
- Background in project management or process improvement.
- Free to travel : Both nationwide and international business trip.
- Familiarity with other SAP systems or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
