Role description
Designs, develops and delivers training that advances Astrazeneca Korea’s commercial and non-commercial teams in three core areas: Advanced marketing & Commercial strategy, Business acumen, and People leadership.
Typical Accountabilities
- Builds on the existing marketing framework, elevating it to an advanced level through training in commercial strategy, portfolio management, cross-functional market shaping, pricing and operations excellence – expanding beyond traditional marketing approaches.
- Design and facilitates programs that strengthen people management and leadership capabilities as well as cross-functional collaboration – equipping employees with leadership skills, sound business judgement, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions.
- Aligns training content to business priorities and evolving market realities by closely collaborating with internal leaders and external partners.
- Partners with other training managers, the HR team, and brand/ regional/ global colleagues to identify and prioritize training needs; works with external vendors as necessary to develop impactful programs.
- Measures the impact of training on business growth, portfolio performance, stakeholder engagement, and talent development.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Language: Proven fluent English communication (verbal/written)
- Certifications: Marketing or Strategy experience preferred
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (including roles in marketing or strategy), with at least 1 year of experience in training or organization development
