What you´ll do
- Manage daily sales orders from diverse channels with high level of customer service.
- Coordinate closing, overdue, credit and so forth.
- Publish reports related to sales or customer service on a regular basis.
- Deal with customer complaints with stakeholders.
- Achieve KPIs with continuous improvement.
- Involve in team project related to customer service.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Customer Service of Supply Chain Management is required
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred and SAP user experience is plus
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
