E-Commerce Associate (Temporary)
For a 12-month period, join us as an E-commerce Associate at JTI Korea and be part of shaping an exceptional digital experience for our Reduced Risk Products (RRP) category. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both front-end and back-end features of our E-commerce ecosystem, while actively collaborating with local, regional and global IT & other stakeholders to improve Digital Consumer Experience. This role has a chance to be converted to permanent upon exemplary performance of the incumbent.
What You’ll Do:
- E-commerce & Platform Management: Operate and enhance the Ploom.co.kr e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless UI/UX, content updates, and promotional rollout.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, marketing, and vendor teams locally and globally to align and execute digital initiatives.
- Digital Strategy & Insights: Translate brand objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies across touchpoints and track KPIs for continuous optimization.
- Performance & Budget Management: Monitor and evaluate e-commerce campaign ROI, manage the digital budget, and generate monthly performance reports.
- Consumer-Centric Mindset: Leverage consumer insights and market trends to elevate the digital ecosystem and propose growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing; FMCG or retail background is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in website frontend/backend tools, e-commerce platforms (Magento is a strong plus), and basic web analytics. Bonus if you have experience with Agile, SaaS, HTML, Rest API, or Power BI.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Korean.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, analytical, and agile—with strong collaboration and communication skills.
