We are looking for an experienced Editor to further grow our Video business and lead editorial and marketing strategy of Apple TV+ content for Korea. The Editor is hands-on with the TV App platform, creating and implementing programming & marketing strategy and using data insights to drive growth and engagement for Apple TV+ content in Korea.

Content Programming & Strategy - Create and maintain an engaging, data-informed content programming calendar for Apple TV+ on a daily basis. - Work closely with the Video team to define and implement localized programming and marketing strategies for Apple TV+ content in Korea. - Lead the monthly selection of priority titles, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners through consistent sharing and communication. - Operate with a wide aperture of the industry-monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform planning and strategic adjustments. Insight-Driven Execution - Report on content performance and user engagement; translate data insights into actionable strategies. - Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas for growth and improvement. Partner Platform Leadership - Lead communication and collaboration with partner platforms where Apple TV+ is distributed. - Maximize visibility through on-platform featuring and promotional initiatives. - Drive editorial strategy development and execution across partner platforms to increase awareness, engagement, and brand impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams-including marketing, operations, production, and creative-to drive the timely creation and delivery of localized, consumer-facing assets. - Ensure content releases are locally relevant and culturally resonant in the Korean market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local stakeholders, working cross-functionally to lead key initiatives. Brand & Culture Alignment - Cultivate and apply Apple’s tone of voice and brand identity across all Video-related efforts in Korea. - Identify and respond to key cultural moments and trends, integrating them into platform strategy and execution. Project Leadership - Lead complex projects from ideation to execution, aligning internal and external stakeholders and driving cross-functional momentum. - Balance multiple initiatives with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SVOD and television customer consumption behaviors, as well as familiarity with key players in the market
- Proven track record of developing and executing programming strategies that successfully drive viewership and customer engagement
- Prior experience in the video industry-particularly in content programming or scheduling for SVOD platforms-is a strong plus
- Proficient in working across multiple content management systems, with a continuous improvement mindset toward workflow optimization
- Skilled at interpreting and leveraging data insights to inform programming and content decisions
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Korean and English language proficiency
