What you will do
Driven by our commitment to manufacturing innovation and operational excellence, the Engineering & Maintenance team is seeking a Engineering Engineer to support key technical initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with academic backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, or control engineering, who are eager to contribute to process automation, equipment reliability improvement, and capital project execution. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and play a vital role in smart factory development and continuous improvement activities.
The scope of key responsibilities includes:
Lead and execute process automation projects to improve efficiency and system integration
Manage CAPEX projects, including planning, vendor coordination, and implementation
Develop and maintain equipment specifications and support layout and utility changes
Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements
Coordinate MES and SCADA system integration with internal and external stakeholders
Utilize data and KPIs to identify issues and lead continuous improvement efforts
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering (or related fields)
0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering-related role
Business-level English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic understanding of project management methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and technical documentation skills
Preferred Qulifications
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementation or operations
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Exposure to equipment qualification and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement frameworks
Prior collaboration with multinational teams or involvement in global engineering projects
