Job summary:
The role support the continued growth of business, working cross-functionally with the commercial team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Update and report financial planning and actual performance in a timely manner
- Support forecasting process and review of plans
- Identify and analyse variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year financial results
- Support business unit for pricing, launch and profitable operation
- Ensure accurate customer credit management and channel / product contribution
- Support CAPEX and NWC management
- Support Head of Finance in internal control systems and internal & external audits
- Contribute to ad-hoc assignment like financial research, market analysis, or other strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Education/Training:
- University degree (preferable majoring in finance, accounting, business administration)
Experience/Competencies:
- Less than 3 year experience in industry (sales and promotion business, consumer or pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry preferred), acquired in Finance or Accounting or Audit departments mainly within an international environment
- Good knowledge of the local context and more specifically, the consumer or pharmaceutical market
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to communicate respectfully
- Strategic mindset
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Highly required on English proficiency
- Good in MS office (Excel, PPT)
- Experienced in Smartview
