About the role:
Main focus: PTC (Pass-Through Cost)
The role is part of the Korea Accounting Transaction Team, with a primary focus on managing Pass-Through Costs (PTC) billed to clients for project-based services. PTC refers to reimbursable costs incurred during project execution, which are subsequently invoiced to clients. The position also requires a flexible and collaborative mindset, as responsibilities may expand to other transactional finance tasks depending on business needs
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- 1 ~ 2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with pass-through cost billing or project cost tracking is an advantage
- Intermediate level of verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and flexibly within a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare documentation packages for client billing
- Review and validate receipts and supporting documents from vendors and internal teams
- Review PTC packages and issue e-Tax invoices upon client confirmation
- Reconcile monthly PTC balances, including float and advance tracking
- Additional Transaction Team Support (as needed)
