HR INTERNSHIP(3mth-6mth)
The Mediquitous, a fashion, beauty, and e-commerce brand holder group located in Seoul, is hiring HR Interns for a 3 to 6 month period.
Your main responsibilities will be to develop and deliver a talent attraction strategy that effectively targets competitive cross-border job markets, driving a significant increase in our brand’s year-over-year revenues.
You will implement targeted, effective marketing action plans for our talent pools, ensuring we reach the right candidates.
Furthermore, you will actively manage and balance the various requests from hiring managers with business interests while adhering to local practices and policies.
