As an HSE Manager, you’ll be responsible to all Health, Safety and Environment aspect in the plant. Being the subject matter experts to all personnel in the plant. You're to collaborate with other functional team to ensure HSE is manage at global standard.
As a HSE Manager, you will be responsible for:
Implementing Baker Hughes HSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Assisting and liaising with local authority on regulatory inspections, reports preparation. ensure all government required activities are implemented in time.
Promoting interdependent HSE culture among leadership team and employees.
Conducting Regular Risk Assessment to comply with legal requirements related to safety and health.
Managing risks at site, eliminate/ minimize the risks and hazards by effective measurements.
Managing Emergency Response Plan. Ensure all resources are well prepared. Organize emergency drills for various scenarios, such as spill, fire evacuation.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's from an accredited academic institution.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety.
Be familiar with Korea HSE laws, regulations and related standards etc.
Be fluent in English and Korean.
Have the ability to travel about 30% of the time.
Have hands-on or direct experience executing HSE program at fixed facilities or service operation.
