[Immunology Solution Partner Rheumatology recruiting]
We are looking for Immunology Solution Partner for Rheumatology who will lead the strategic planning and execution of brand initiatives for AS and PsA indications. This role requires a strong marketing capabilities, and the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the immunology space and delivering value to patients and healthcare professionals.

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute brand strategies for AS and PsA indications based on market insights and patient needs.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, medical societies, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead launch readiness and execution plans for new indications in collaboration with sales, medical, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and implement digital marketing initiatives tailored to the rheumatology audience.
- Support hospital listing, product training, and customer engagement activities in partnership with field teams.
- Manage annual marketing budget and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all marketing activities

Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry related to sales, marketing or medical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience in brand management preferably in specialty care, preferably in immunology
- Team player with strong communication, facilitation & interpersonal skills.
- Result and performance driven to focus on driving patients and customer value.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience working with hospital-based customers and key opinion leaders.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude.
- High level of initiative, accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) to effectively engage with global and regional teams
