You will play a critical role in supporting sales operations/providing technical and commercial quotations/collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. This role focuses on Masoneilan control valves, Consolidated safety valves, and Carraro regulators, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness to customer needs.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing technical and commercial quotations for BH products. Managing customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
- Coordinating order processing, including SAP entry, delivery scheduling, and contract review.
- Providing first-level technical support and product guidance to customers and channel partners.
- Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Supporting product training and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with up-to-date customer/opportunity data. Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to support value-based selling strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor from an accredited school with major in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Have 2+ years experience in inside sales or technical sales support, experience in the valve/industrial equipment industry is an advantage.
- Have knowledge of control valves, safety valves, and regulators is an advantage.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills. Be Fluent in English and Korean.
- Show good negotiation and influencing skills. Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast environment.
- Demonstrate good computer skills and be familiar with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
