Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates and communicates with Supervisors and Producers in order to implement efficient and effective ways to integrate cloth/hair pipeline and problem solve if any issues for feature film development.
- Proposes creative approaches and solutions for any specific shots
- On-going communication with artists, leads, production, and supervisor regarding schedules, deadlines, and shot/sequence feedback; attend all relevant meetings on shots, sequences, and production.
- Trains of junior TD’s and Generalists in cloth/hair specific pipeline disciplines
- Supports and develops pipeline tools and workflows for cloth/hair at both show and studio levels
- Collaborates with the departments to and from the CFX Department to optimize workflow and pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four (4) years of CFX simulation experience in live-action visual effects for feature films or similar production environment
- Previous leadership experience
- Maya, Python, and Mel Script experience (a plus)
- Experience delivering complete milestones/tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player
- Quick learner with strong troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities

- 장편 영화 개발을 위해 슈퍼바이저 및 프로듀서와 협력하고 소통하여, 의상/헤어 파이프라인을 효율적이고 효과적으로 통합할 수 있는 방법을 구현하고, 문제가 발생할 경우 해결책을 모색합니다.
- 특정 샷에 대해 창의적인 접근 방식과 해결책을 제안합니다.
- 아티스트, 리드, 프로덕션, 슈퍼바이저와 지속적으로 소통하며, 일정, 마감 기한, 샷/시퀀스 피드백에 대해 논의하고, 샷, 시퀀스, 제작 관련 모든 회의에 참석합니다.
- 주니어 TD 및 제너럴리스트에게 의상/헤어 파이프라인 관련 분야를 교육합니다.
- 쇼 및 스튜디오 레벨 모두에서 의상/헤어 파이프라인 툴과 워크플로우를 지원하고 개발합니다.
- 워크플로우와 파이프라인 최적화를 위해 CFX 부서와 타 부서 간에 협업합니다.
자격요건
- 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 경력
- 장편 영화 실사 시각 효과 또는 유사한 제작 환경에서 최소 4년 이상의 CFX 시뮬레이션 경력
- 리더십 경험 보유
- Maya, Python, Mel Script 사용 경험 (우대)
- 촉박한 마감 기한 내에 마일스톤/작업을 완수한 경험
- 뛰어난 문서 및 구두 의사소통 능력
- 세밀한 관찰력과 우수한 조직력
- 최소한의 감독하에 독립적으로 일할 수 있으며, 팀원으로서도 협업 가능
- 빠르게 배우며, 뛰어난 문제 해결 및 트러블슈팅 능력
