ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Lead Game Designer with deep experience in shooting games—especially FPS and multiplayer titles. This role focuses on designing game systems and content specific to the shooting genre, including online and live service elements. You will play a key part in crafting high-quality gameplay experiences in collaboration with local and international teams.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation for shooting genre game systems and content
- Design and balance game data, including player progression, combat systems, and weapons
- Plan and develop online and live service content to support long-term engagement
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners across regions
- Present, pitch, and negotiate game design direction with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure gameplay aligns with project goals and client expectations
- Minimum 7 years of experience in game design and development
- Proven track record designing shooting genre games (FPS, third-person shooters, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine
- Strong background in developing multiplayer gameplay features
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Korean

- Deep understanding of first-person shooter (FPS) game mechanics
- Experience working across multiple genres
- Prior experience working with outsourcing studios or overseas developers
- Familiarity with live operations and seasonal content planning
