Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt support and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Global Product Surveillance (GPS), Global Service Part Operations (GSPO), and Service Operations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives to improve product quality, streamline maintenance processes, and support the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs).
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience with ultrasound devices.
- Utilize high-level business English skills in communication and documentation.
- Possess a strong engineering background to support technical decision-making.
- Apply data analytics skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, VBA, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and related software environments.
Quality & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Adhere to GE HealthCare’s Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Complete all required Quality and Compliance training on time.
- Identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns promptly.
- Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met before approving design outputs or deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Ultrasound systems or other medical imaging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Passion for data integrity and continuous process improvement.
