MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LOGISTICS EXECUTION :
- Prepare and maintain on time delivery schedule for all of Valentino items and goods by communicating with all relevant departments.
- Coordinate import/ export customs clearance on time preparing import requirements for CITES, Wild permits, and non-commercial goods.
- Warehousing & Stock Management:
- Coordinate inbound shipments to meet launching schedule and sales events plan.
- Share the shipping list with expected GR date with the related teams.
- Communicate with the 3PL warehouse to ensure priority tasks(Inbound, Outbound, Return, Quality control)
- Monitor daily inbound shipments and handle any issues such as damage during transit, system errors, and etc.
- Arrange the domestic delivery for any kinds of events, export items, and etc.
- Request tax refund for export item to the customs.
- Be responsible for tagging and labelling process.
- Support stock taking process
- Closing
- Monthly review and requests for all logistics cost and maintain cost review list for all logistics vendors.
- Support monthly stock closing.
- Update import clearance duty list and request monthly duty payment.
- Update monthly import/export clearance list.
- Support store transfer for employee purchase.
- Perform write off for marketing products, gift and No core items of KAKAO GIFT SHOP.
- Place an order and allocate subsidiary material for store (warranty tags, defective stickers and other items)
