Job Title: Mid Integrated Designer (Digital & Motion focussed)

OLIVER is a global marketing agency. Our skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite, near site or offsite in our hubs.
Since the start of their partnership back in 2015 OLIVER has been supporting our gobally well-known sportswear client through a growing range of capabilities finding creative solutions to this iconic global account across multiple creative outlets.
You’ll be part of OLIVER’s centralised adaptation team for our client. We work at the heart of the brand to deliver localised remastering and multiple adaptation needs, across the world. The work spans from E-Com, social media and digital content to retail, OOH print and motion. The team serves this iconic multinational brand delivering global campaigns, localised to each market.

We are looking for a hands-on, well rounded mid integrated designer with strong experience in eCom/ digital design who can deliver and create efficient digital, motion assets and video adaptations at speed and has a great understanding of print design as well. The candidate should be comfortable working within a global, multi time-zone team and be able to take on projects independently or as part of a team.
This role is right for you if you are self-driven, outgoing, passionate about design and want to work on a global account where you can showcase your skills within a large group of creatives. The work is high paced, energetic and dynamic. You’ll work closely with producers and account managers, delivering high quality digital or print assets whilst getting to know the brand inside out.
What you will be doing:
- You will be remastering and creating well-thought adaptations of global campaign assets for local eCom markets.
- You’ll be well rounded on creating digital assets - static or simple animated ones for banners and moving contents like Paid Media, Onsite Banners, Retail, OOH, Newsletters, Social Media, App formats and other eCom materials.
- Adaptation can require swapping out products and talents from global or regional toolkits to fit into market needs, but still having the style of the brand in mind. Adding SRTs, localising subs, adding information and editing down global assets to make them work for the specific regions – always following campaign guidelines.
- You feel comfortable working on print design projects that require you to deliver in-store communication tools, OOH formats, 2D layered installations and window displays.
- You will have a wealth of knowledge around digital specs and its requirements according to different media channels and platforms.
- You’ll have extensive knowledge of campaign rollouts and multi-asset projects and will be capable of leading projects from start to finish.
- You’ll have experience working directly with project managers and account managers to find the best solutions within brand and brief requirements.
- You’ll have experience acting as a brand guardian, producing high quality work with great standards within tight timelines.
- As we foster a close working relationship with the clients you must be comfortable at presenting and taking in client feedback. Building trust is key to producing better work and it’s an essential drive to our growth and success.
- You’ll support your Creative / Design lead in developing good working practices and remain in-touch for weekly 1:1 catch-ups and team discussions.
- You should be positive, pro-active and happy to lend a hand when needed, and be willing to take on internal projects that benefit the account to help the team improve
What you need to be great in this role:
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro and After Effects skills is a must. Together with overall proficiency on all adobe CC and other digital focussed tools. Experience working with Celtra is a plus.
- You’ll be able to manage your time and communicate effectively with your immediate team to deliver on quality and consistency.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years relevant experience producing eCom materials for onsite paid media banners and social content.
- Comfortable working on print materials for retail, OOH and others.
- Knowing when to bring in creative flare while sticking closely to brand guidelines.
- Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus.
- Experience delivering to media outlet companies is a plus.
- Experience working with multi-language deliverables .
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Good time management.
- A strong passion for sports and sportwear brands.
- You’ll have good Korean and English verbal and written communication skills.
- Visual Arts BS/BA degree and knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
Working Onsite:
While working onsite, it is essential that the ideal candidate have the following in place to ensure we work collaboratively and delivering work timeously:
- Maintain close contact with the wider team (APAC) through Microsoft Teams and Email during work hours, and ensure leads are being looped into all projects.
- Stable internet connectivity – to conduct virtual meetings / discussion with the team.
- Work hygiene - Ensure consistently correct file naming, file hygiene, backing up and storing into appropriate folders on to our global Server is crucial.
- Data accuracy - Ensure accurate use of our internal project management tool (OMG) for project workflows and timesheet reporting.
