- To actively collaborate with internal departments + our global network to deliver total business solutions that support our overall business strategy.
- Leads and steers the organization in line with the KN Culture based on KN strategies and be a role model.
- To manage employee relations and resolve people conflicts in partnership with Human Resources & minimize people risk
