직무 개요: 우리는 혁신적인 OLED 소재를 설계하고 합성할 경험이 풍부한 유기 합성 화학자를 찾고 있습니다. 성공적인 후보자는 프로젝트 팀과 협력하여 고객 요구 사항을 충족하고, 합성, 정제 및 분석 해석을 포함한 실험실 작업을 수행할 책임이 있습니다.
주요 책임:
- 새로운 OLED 소재를 설계하고 개발합니다.
- 합성, 정제 및 분석 해석을 포함한 실험실 작업을 수행합니다.
- OLED 소재의 합성 경로를 개발하고 구현합니다.
- 프로젝트 마감일에 맞춰 작업을 계획하고 실행합니다.
- 모든 과정에서 안전 작업 관행을 준수하고 EHS(환경, 건강 및 안전) 요인을 고려합니다.
자격 요건:
- 화학 분야에서 석사 또는 박사 학위, 유기 합성 전공 우대.
- OLED 산업에서 3년이상의 관련 업무 경험.
- OLED 소재 및 최신 시장 동향에 대한 강한 이해.
- 유기 합성 화학 기술에 대한 전문 지식.
- 유기 합성 방법 및 관련 분석 기술에 능숙하며, 분석 데이터를 해석할 수 있는 능력.
- 우수한 의사소통 능력
