About the Role
1. 신상품 기획 (Planning)
- 경쟁사 및 해외 상품 시장 조사, 분석
- 장/단기 상품 개발 전략 수립
- 신상품 개발을 위한 상품성 검토 및 규정 체크
- 판매 채널 및 상품 개발 유관 부서 커뮤니케이션
- 상품 개발 일정 관리
2. 신상품 개발 (Pricing)
- 상품 개발을 위한 Group office 승인 문서 작업, 승인 절차 담당
- 신규 위험율 개발
- 상품 수익성 분석 및 Guideline 충족 여부 체크 및 확인
- 감독원 및 개발원 등 승인기관 인가
3. 신상품 관련 업무 지원
- 신상품 판매 지원 자료 작성 및 교육 지원
- 신상품 UAT 및 공시 작업
- 고객 전달용 신상품 약관 제작 및 관리
[자격 요건]
- 상품개발/계리 업무 경력자
- 우대사항
- 보험 계리사(한국, 미국, 영국, 호주 등) 자격증 보유자 우대
- 영어 활용 가능자 (both verbal and written) 우대
- 수학, 통계 관련학과 전공자 우대
[근무조건]
