Your Role:
This is a great opportunity to lead the DS&S Quality Team in Korea. This position is responsible for managing all manufacturing and customer-facing quality activities for the Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) product lines within Korea, serving a global customer base.
- Develop and execute a robust quality management system to ensure that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Act as a key quality liaison with global customers by leading customer audits, ensuring timely communication regarding quality issues, and building long-term relationships based on trust and performance.
- Lead quality activities, including managing manufacturing quality systems and addressing customer requests and complaints.
- Analyze quality trends and metrics to drive systematic process improvements and minimize the cost of poor quality across manufacturing sites.
- Manage business KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all sites producing products.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Team leadership experience (people management experience is required).
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and CAPA processes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with quality metrics and data analysis.
