Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring optimal performance to support customer production.
- Perform installation, operation, and annual preventive/breakdown maintenance of ECI systems.
- Provide accurate documentation and service reports, including recurring issue analysis for internal teams.
- Support and mentor field service and installation engineers during equipment setup and demonstration processes.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with team leadership.
- Conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper equipment usage and safety.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through internal systems and collaboration.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Chemistry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, with practical experience in chemical analysis.
- Proven ability to adapt to diverse organizational needs and dynamic environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
