The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job Description:
- Design and optimise on seller onboarding process to work most efficiently
- Develop new initiatives and drive the execution to onboarding efficiency
- Conduct a training program for sellers on the seller onboarding process
- Manage campaigns and reward programs for sellers under onboarding program
- Conduct analysis, reports, and case studies to gain insight and identify new improvement initiatives
- Analyse data across each stage of the onboarding funnel to monitor conversion and identify drop-off points
- Leverage data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to create dashboards and optimise the onboarding process with data-driven insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 - 2 years of experience in business development, customer services, or sales is preferable
- Bilingual in both Korean and English to collaborate with different markets across the regions
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, strong planning, and organisational skills
- Result oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus, especially for tracking onboarding funnel conversion metrics
