The Role:
The person will be responsible for managing existing business and contributing revenue growth by collaborating closely with the Business Units, Customer Service, Technical support, Quality, Production, and Sales support teams. This role involves forecasting revenue, ensuring on-time delivery, and, when necessary, expediting product deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the Account Management team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
In this role you will be:
Leading and managing existing business in SK hynix, Chemical suppliers, and Equipment suppliers.
Orchestrating Entegris’ assets, resources, and systems to provide state-of-the-art customer experience in using Entegris solutions and products
Managing product forecasting, allocation, on-time delivery, and expedite management
Responsible for gaining the main market share from the existing business
Cotribute to revenue growth through strategic collaboration with the Account management team responsible for new business development
Drive revenue growth and achieve/exceed sales target for the existing business
Lead and collaborate with diverse functional teams, including Product Marketing, Quality, Application Engineering, and customer support team, to sustain ongoing business operations.
Maintains keen understanding of market share and utilizes this knowledge to prioritize and grow market share.
Utilize technical expertise to accurately identify customer issues and proactively lead the development of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Provide the appropriate level of technical application support to ensure smooth PCN implementation
Maximize margins and protect ASP (average selling price) by minimizing discounts and maximizing price increases.
Effectively present the benefits and capabilities of our technology.
Conduct regular analysis on revenue and product quality issues to understand customer needs and collaborate with the account team to diversify new opportunity development.
Provide quotations, solicit purchase orders, finalize sales
Effectively manages customer expectations on inventory support, mitigates and protects Entegris assets

Bi-Lingual fluency in English and Korean
Demonstrated successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets/plan
BS degree with + 5 years sales experience in Semiconductor chemical and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or 7+ years’ working experience in Chemical and OEM companies.
Demonstrated ability to handle negotiations, ability to work through ambiguity.
