Overseeing and managing a company's financial records and reporting
What you will do
- Handle financial process including month/quarter/year-end closing and tax related.
- Liaise and coordinate with the internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with matters relating to the statutory audit
- Managing all relevant stakeholders externally and internally such as tax authorities, government authorities, tax advisors, banks and internal business partners in supporting of business risks being in control
- Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations
- Handle regular financial reporting to Headquarter.
- Responsible for compliance with global policies and process standardizations
- Generate cash follow and manage treasury subjects
- Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analysis as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises
- Responsible for all the day-to-day functions of the finance department being managed in a streamlined and efficient manner, with considerable attention paid to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure appropriate controls are maintained to protect company assets and accuracy of accounting information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for each of the business units in Korea in providing business support.
- Own relationship with external accounting and tax advisors.
- Involve in ad-hoc accounting/Finance projects
What you’ll need to succeed
- At least over 7 years' experience in Accounting or Financing especially in book-keeping, tax filing
- A team player who is hands on & meticulous in his/her work and willing to work beyond job scope when necessary.
- Positive attitude, good human relationship and can work under pressure.
- Good computer skill (MS Office) and Workday or ERP knowledge will be advantage.
