About the Role
Management of end-to-end hospitality advisory projects, including timeline, resource, and client coordination
Asset and business valuation related to hospitality properties, operators, and investment structures
Business structuring, including JV formation, lease/HMA agreements, and brand/operator strategy development
Analysis related to domestic and international hospitality market data and financial model
Structuring logical approaches for consulting reports and preparing various consulting deliverables
Supervising junior team members and providing technical and strategic guidance across projects
Operator and Brand Acquisition
About you
With 7–10 years’ experience
Experience in hospitality development, consulting, or analysis, with strong industry knowledge or relevant transferable skills.
Preferred with relevant qualifications and experience in valuation and finance
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong command of business English, including the ability to draft professional documents; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus

자격요건
- 7~10년 경력
- 호스피탈리티 개발, 컨설팅, 분석 등 관련 분야 경험 및 업계에 대한 높은 이해도 또는 전환 가능한 역량 보유
- 감정 평가 및 재무 관련 자격 보유 및 유관 업무 경험 우대
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word 활용 능력 상
- 고객 및 내부 이해관계자와 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 비즈니스 문서 작성이 가능한 수준의 영어 능력 보유, 외국어 능력 우대
